The KF40/NW40 inlet/outlet filter is suitable for XDS35i dry scroll pumps.This inlet dust filter has two functions. It can be connected in series between the pump's inlet and the chamber's outlet to prevent dust from entering the system.Alternatively, it can be connected in series between the pump's outlet and the exhaust system.The filter comes pre-installed with a 5-micron filter element and is ready to use.
